Brevetti CEA, a company specialized in the design and manufacturing of advanced industrial inspection systems, announces the operational start-up of its new manufacturing facility, BC-MX – Manufacturing Excellence.
As of January 19, the plant will become partially operational, marking the transition from construction to production of a project launched in July 2024.
The new facility is located in close proximity to the headquarters and has been designed to ensure maximum integration between Manufacturing and Research & Development, enabling operational synergies, faster innovation cycles, and further strengthening quality standards.
BC-MX has been developed to support the growing demand for innovative inspection machines, ensuring quality excellence across multiple industrial sectors.
The project covers a total area of 16,083 square meters, representing a significant industrial investment that strengthens the company’s presence in the region. The new manufacturing facility, with 7,512 square meters dedicated to production, allows the company to double its manufacturing capacity and further enhance operational efficiency.
Special attention has also been given to accessibility and people-centric design, with 1,610 square meters of public parking and 1,500 square meters of private parking, supporting both current production activities and future office operations.
Sustainability is a core element of the project. BC-MX features 100% electric systems, with no methane usage, and is equipped with a 366 kWp rooftop photovoltaic system, reflecting a concrete commitment to energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.
The start-up of manufacturing activities represents a key milestone in the overall development plan. The completion of the office area is scheduled for March 2026, when BC-MX will be fully operational as a strategic manufacturing and technology hub for the Group.
