Operating at up to 600 syringes per minute, the machine accommodates both glass and plastic syringes filled with liquids, viscous products and suspensions. The K15 DR delivers a fully automated and seamlessly integrated tub-and-nest workflow, managing de-nesting, inspection, and re-nesting within one compact system. Its advanced no-contact handling— entirely free of worm screws—guarantees true no-friction processing, with syringes picked individually to prevent any contact between units. This approach minimizes bubble formation and safeguards container integrity throughout the inspection cycle. At the heart of the system lies Brevetti CEA’s Intelligent Vision framework, an optimized platform that merges proven and next-generation vision technologies to significantly elevate inspection performance. The machine also includes High-Voltage Leak Detection and is fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11, reflecting its strong alignment with pharmaceutical regulatory standards. Following inspection, any gaps in nests caused by rejected syringes are automatically refilled, ensuring that only complete nests advance to the outfeed.
Alongside the K15 DR, Brevetti CEA will present Brevetti AI Suite—the company’s unified AI platform that centralizes the entire lifecycle of AI models within a governed, fully traceable environment. By consolidating every step from data import to final validation, the platform eliminates tool fragmentation and supports full compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks, including the expectations outlined in Annex 22.
